Congratulations to PhD Candidate Thom Loyd (Russia & Eastern Europe), who was selected as the recipient of the Harry S. Truman Good Neighbor Award Foundation’s 2018-19 Edwin J. Beinecke, Jr. Scholarship in International Affairs.  The scholarship, jointly funded by the Foundation and the Graduate School, will support archival work in the UK during summer / fall 2018.
