Congratulations to PhD student Paula Chan (Russia & Eastern Europe), who has been awarded a 2018-2019 visiting fellowship at the Mandel Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies (part of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum).

Paula will be conducting research for her dissertation, which examines Soviet investigations of Nazi war crimes during World War II.
