Ph.D. candidate Simon Belokowsky has won the 2017 Stephen F. Cohen-Robert C. Tucker Dissertation Research Fellowship for his doctoral project, “Internal Migration: Rural Migrants to Russophone Cities in the Post-Thaw Period.” 

This prestigious fellowship from the Association for Slavic, East European, & Eurasian Studies   supports the next generation of US scholars to conduct their doctoral dissertation research in Russia.
