Congratulations to Evelyn Krache Morris, PhD GU 2012
Evelyn Krache Morris has an op-ed in today's (1-16-13) Boston Globe. The Op-Ed is entitled "Obama must write the rule book for drones." Evelyn received her Ph.D. from our department in 2012 and is currently an international security program fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
