Congratulations to Andrew, who has been awarded the 2012 Harold N. Glassman Dissertation Award in the Humanities for his recent dissertation.  Congratulations also to his mentors, Catherine Evtuhov, Gabor Agoston, and John McNeill, and to Charles King in the Government Department.  Dr. Robarts' dissertation is titled "A Plague on Both Houses?: Population Movements and the Spread of Disease across the Ottoman-Russian Black Sea Frontier, 1768-1830s".
